    三点以前不算熬夜的

    好久没有挺到半夜了,按照大学寝室曾有的说法——三点以前不算熬夜的
    好像大学生都习惯熬夜,从时髦变成习惯,最后更像是作风,现在想来更像是混淆勤奋与懒惰的形式
    不管怎样,现在醒悟还是生活规律些好,熬夜的代价是惨痛的:
    因为熬夜不刷牙,有生20多年后第一次发现蛀牙了,堪为震惊
    25岁以后皮肤状态越来越明显的反映着熬夜的成本,甚为担忧
    熬夜上火嗓子口好像有啥东西上不来也下不去,早上刷牙还恶心,这就是咽喉炎症状了。。
    70岁外婆最近传道解惑不少养生秘诀,小试一下感觉还不错,
    1.新鲜青椒,温开水洗净,切成小块装盘,可生吃甜脆爽口,也口伴番茄酱或醋吃,据说生青椒维生素含量是蔬菜中最高的.早上吃。
    2.苹果最好早上吃,早上金苹果,晚上烂苹果。
    3.盐水洗脚,据说可以补钙。
    4.洗面奶中加入薰衣草精油,可祛豆增白,洗完之后还留有香味。试过,效果还可以。

    使用电脑后,最好经常洗脸。
    因为长时间在屏幕前,皮肤也容易出现油脂分泌过多、灰尘积聚等。
    临睡前,用完电脑更需要及时清洁肌肤。
